I worked on this painting again today. This is based on a  memory from Boulder, Colorado: watching the rising sun turn the Flatirons pink.  (I am using a digitally modified photo as a reference, posted here March 7). Today I worked on color and texture of the mountains, and also adjusted the composition a bit.
