Yesterday there was snow on the ground when I woke up. I love the way the snow looks when it is new. When I took this picture, It was mid-morning and still snowing. I am glad I took the photo when I did because a few hours later, the temperature rose just enough to make the snow fall off of the branches. This is a color photo, though it looks black and white. I did a little editing in Painter to obscure the line of the dog run wire, and then did a bit of posterizing.
