Water and Sky

I grew up in Colorado and didn't see the ocean until I was in my twenties. I don't have much experience painting sea and ocean, but I live on the east coast now, and from time to time, I give it a try. The other day, I came across this piece of digital art. I created it a few years ago, working from memory and imagination. I used Painter IX, of course, probably oils and possibly the impressionist brush. Tonight I cropped the edges to get it ready for to post.
