Flipping a Latka

This morning I had time to kill in the waiting room at the vet, so I got out my iPhone and started to sketch with the Brushes app. A Chanukah song from a recent viral video has been stuck in my head for a week, especially the line "I flip my latkas in the air sometimes." Anyway, I had a vague idea for an image of latkas and spatulas so this is what I drew. Brushes is great, even on the iPhone, but still hard for me to control. So when I got home, I opened the image in Painter and cleaned it up a little with digital pastel. Then I used it to create a pattern, which I will post tomorrow.
