On Monday I went to the studio to work for an hour on this project, yet another heart-shaped box. I am going to cover this candy box with collage made of printed metallic ribbons. The design for the box top is going to be stripes in orange and purple. At this I am pasting down pieces of purple and orange ribbon, with the main goal of establishing where the stripes are. (It is very easy and very frustrating to make a bad mistake with stripes.) So far, this doesn't look like much, but I don't care. I am already excited!
