Time was short today, but I worked on my oil bar painting for a little while this morning. This painting is roughly based on one of my photos, posted here August 14. I am trying to suggest sunlight on the branches, so I added some yellow to some of the tiny leaves, and also added more light and shade accents to the blossoms, using my reference photo as a guide. This is still a work in progress . . . .
