This is the second of three small paintings that I framed yesterday. All three are done with acrylics used as water media, on watercolor paper. Tomorrow, I plan to take all three framed paintings down to Galatea Fine Arts in Boston for the "Smaller Works" show. The title of this painting is "Bittersweet Mountains" because of the color but also because it is bittersweet to love the Colorado mountains and be so far away.
