This is the third of three little paintings that I worked on a few days ago. I am painting for a group show of postcard-sized art works. I used postcards made of watercolor paper; the paintings are done with acrylic paint used as water media. Although these paintings are unusually small, they are part of my "Mountain Daydreams" series, landscapes painted from my imagination and my memories of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, where I was born and raised.
