I recently found some exercises and paintings from a watermedia class that I took back in 1998. I decided to post them here because I like they way they look, and also because I loved the class and loved the teacher, and want to honor her memory. This is a continuation of Exercise 3, posted yesterday. The idea was to create the illusion of three-dimensional shapes using color, creating light and dark without adding white or black. I think I was working in watercolor but it might have been acrylics.
