It was very warm yesterday, so it looked like a great day to take a walk on the beach at Lynch Park.  But a glance toward the beach from the path was enough to see that a walk on the beach wouldn't be possible!  Beach? What beach? It was high tide, and the ocean was covering the sand all the way up to the seawall.  Each time a wave rolled in, the water came right on up to the sidewalk.  I took this photo just as a wave was coming in. Tonight I used iPhoto to crop the image.  I wanted to emphasize the geometry of the sidewalk and walls, framing the view of the ocean waves.
