This is another digital exercise using Painter's pattern pen. Tonight I used the lilac pattern that I recently made from one of my photographs, as well as a ready-made leaf pattern that comes with the Painter program. Once I had the patterns in place, I posterized the image and then used a pale lilac color overlay over the whole thing. It is fun to make these images, and it is also a good way to explore what I can do with the software.
