Sapphire Berries

This is another photo from a recent walk at Long Hill Gardens. Right now, most of the foliage is still green. It is too early for fall colors, but there are lots of bright berries. These are called sapphire berries. They are a really stunning blue, almost magical. Tonight I cropped the original photograph to get this composition. I also created a posterized version that I plan to post tomorrow night.
