This is from a photograph that I took on the morning of January 2, 2011, a little after 8 am. There was snow on the ground, but the air had warmed up enough to produce fog overnight. I love fog because I like the way it makes things look, and more than that, I like the way it forces me to look harder because colors and shapes are so subtle! Tonight I used Painter to crop the original photograph and posterize it.
