Every year, I go out looking at lilacs with my daughter. This year, the lilacs are blooming a few weeks early, probably because of the warm temperatures we had a few weeks ago. Yesterday we saw some lilacs at the Cummings Center Pond, here in Beverly, MA. Tonight I edited this picture in iPhoto, cropping it to focus on the flowers, and still show a bit of the pond in the background.
