I took this photo on October 3, just one week ago. Even though the weather didn't seem very cooperative, we stopped to walk the dog at Lynch Park (here in Beverly, MA). This isn't a prime-time view of the beach: no sun, gray water, low clouds, and seaweed all over the beach. But I liked what the foggy weather did to the scenery, and even liked the way the seaweed looked, so I took some pictures. This is the best of the bunch. Tonight I used iPhoto to do some straightening and retouching, and then cropped to get this composition.
