Pink Tulip after the Rain
Last week, we went to Bradley Palmer State Park and stopped to see the flowers at Willowdale, a beautiful stone house which used to be a private residence. There were lots of bright tulips planted in a small garden in the middle of the driveway near the front entrance. Although I took a lot of pictures of those tulips, this is the photo I like the best, just one pink blossom, with its petals still covered with raindrops from an afternoon storm. Tonight I used iPhoto to crop the image to get this composition.
