Reflections (Oil Bar Painting as of August 13, 2013)
This is my oil bar painting as it looked three days ago, August 13. I have been working on this painting of a scene at Bradley Palmer State Park in Topsfield MA. My reference is a photo that I took there on a hot summer day. (The photo is posted here June 14, 2013.) On the 13th, I worked on the left side of the painting. I reworked (and darkened) the tree branches and sky, and also reworked the foliage and water on the bottom right. More to go. . . .
