Here is another of my mini-paintings in progress. This is oil bar on a canvas that is 3 inches square. This landscape is painted from imagination, but I am drawing on memories of my home state of Colorado. On the 2nd of January, I finally added color to this sky, a periwinkle blue. I like the contrast with the yellow, but I will probably tone down the purple just a bit. I decided to put some periwinkle on the mountains as well.
