Here is my codfish-in-progress as it looked on April 30, 2015. (Alternate title: Codfish on the Carpet.) I am decorating this wooden codfish for the Marblehead Arts Festival. I am part of a group of 50 local artists who have been given a wooden codfish form to decorate. These will be on display in Marblehead and then auctioned off this summer. When I took this photo, I had finally finished covering the front of the fish with silver tissue paper, although I still needed to cover the sides of the form. To be continued. . . .
