Despite a hectic day, I got a new painting started late this afternoon. This is another small landscape in acrylic paint used as water media. I call these paintings "mountain daydreams" because I am painting from imagination as well as from memories of the Rocky Mountains in my home state of Colorado. I just had enough time to paint in the basic composition, but I am happy that I got this far. To be continued. . . .
