This morning I did some more work on this drawing. This is going to be an illustration for a recipe for a refrigerator dessert that my mom used to make. This will be posted on our food blog, Seasoning for Every Palate https://seasoningforeverypalate.wordpress.com where we post family recipes. Today I continued work in pencil and changed the size and placement of both the plate and the pan. I also made a lot of small changes to the lettering. When I was satisfied with the composition, I began to go over the lines in dark blue colored pencil. I hope to start added color tomorrow. . . .but I still haven't worked out the color scheme.
