In the morning on June 14, I got one more painting started. This is going to be another one of my "Mountain Daydreams," paintings of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, from memory and imagination. I use acrylic paint with water on watercolor paper. Here you can see how I start these paintings, with a line for the mountains, a red dot for the sun, and then brushstrokes to suggest the shapes of the mountains. To be continued. . . .
