I finished this painting yesterday, after adding layers of color to the sky and to the mountain, and after making lots of small changes. This is one of my "Mountain Daydreams," paintings of the Colorado Rockies done from memory and imagination. This is the last painting in a set of mountain landscapes that I have been painting for a show in July. Now they are all framed and tomorrow I am taking them done to Galatea Fine Arts in Boston.
