This morning I returned to this painting that I started a few days ago. This is one of my "Mountain Daydreams," painted from my imagination and my memories of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Today I added some pale translucent layers to the sky to even out the color, added a bit more pink to the sun, and sharpened the line of the mountains. Now I think it is done. This is acrylic on aquaboard, 16 x 20 inches.
