Today I got back to this painting. I am working from a photo that I took in July of 2019, during my most recent visit to Portugal. On my last day in Porto, Mauro took me for a walk across the Dom Luis Bridge. (My photo reference is posted here, August 22 of this year.) Today I worked on all those rooftops in the foreground. Even though there is a lot of detail, this painting is not that far from finished.
