I am close to finishing this painting, inspired by a photo that I took during my trip to Portugal in July of 2019. (Photo posted here August 24, 2020) On my last day in Porto, Mauro took me for a walk over the Dom Luis Bridge, and it was spectacular. Today I added more detail, and added more color, changing the shadows on the hillsides from gray to purple. Just a few more things to fix. .
