Field of Ferns

We went to Long Hill Gardens today to walk the dogs. There was a lot to see and I took several photos with my cameraphone. But the biggest surprise was suddenly coming upon this field of ferns. I had never seen so many fern plants together before, and I love the pattern the leaves make. Tonight I cropped the photo to make the pattern easier to see.
