This is another oil bar painting that I have been working on, from one of my photos, taken in Durham, New Hampshire last September. This is how the painting looked when I finished working on it on Day 4 (December 23). That day, I was concentrating on the foliage, trying to give it fullness by changing some of the shapes, and more depth by adding lights and darks. I tried a little dark blue for the shadows, and I liked the way it worked.
