Pendant with Jade, Ethiopian copper, and turquoise leather

This is a pendant I made earlier this week, using some of my new jade, from China. I combined the large jade circle with an Ethiopian copper bead, and a piece of (dyed) turquoise leather. Although I wanted a simple design, it took a lot of tries to get this result. (Simple can take a while to achieve because every little decision counts.) Anyway, I am happy with this necklace. This afternoon, I photographed it (a process which presents its own challenges, if you ask me). So here it is.
