Walking Down to the Ocean at Halibut Point

Here's one more photograph from last weekend's adventure at Halibut Point. I took this photo on one of the narrow trails that lead from the scenic overlook down to the ocean, through huge boulders and tall brush. I liked the contrast of textures and colors in this view. Tonight I cropped the original photograph to get this composition. I took so many photos at Halibut point. Maybe some of them will be useful for painting. I will come back to this set of photos again, but I also want to post some of the digital leaf prints I have been working on. That's what I hope to do tomorrow. . . .
