Yesterday we went for a late afternoon walk at Lynch Park, an ocean-front park here in Beverly, MA. The weather did not look promising for a walk. (This week we are back to cloudy weather, cooler temperatures, and rain.) But shortly after we arrived, there was a break in the clouds. The sudden sunlight created a beautiful streak of bright light at the shore line, so I took some pictures with my iPhone camera. Tonight I edited this one in iPhoto, straightening, adjusting highlights and shadows, and cropping to get this composition.
