Last weekend, after a trip to the vet, we stopped at Bradley Palmer (in Topsfield, MA) to walk the dog. We followed a trail beside the water, where I saw these moss covered tree trunks. I liked this quiet scene, so I took a picture. Who knew that the week ahead would be anything but peaceful, here in Massachusetts. The events of the week cannot be undone. But peace has returned tonight, and so I am posting this.
