This image began back in the winter of 2006 when I was in a car heading down Boyleston street on a slushy day. From the passenger seat, I got a great shot of the Boston Public Library and the Hancock. Because this is so close to the finish line for the Boston Marathon, I posted the image on Patriot's Day in April of 2006. Tonight I made a new version of the image that seems to be more suited to the sadness that suddenly came over Boston this afternoon.
