Near the Bass River
It seemed more like spring today, with warmer temperatures and trees beginning to leaf out. This is a photo that I took today during a little walk near the Bass River, here in Beverly, MA. I cropped the original to play up the long diagonals of the shadows. It is a pretty simple composition, but I think it might be a good scene to paint.
