I used Painter 12 to add a posterizing effect to the photo that I posted here last night. Posterizing simplifies shapes, intensifies colors, and I think it works well with diffused light and soft focus. I also used Painter to add a woodcut effect to the same photo, and I plan to post that image here tomorrow.
