Codfish Project as of April 25, 2015

I was asked to decorate this wooden codfish and donate it to the Marblehead Art Fest. Fifty local artists are doing this. The decorated codfish will be on display in Marblehead and then auctioned off in July. This is how my codfish looked on April 25, 2015. It is about a yard long and hard to photograph, so I put it on the sofa. I thought about calling this "Cod on the Couch" and I think it would be fun to photograph this thing in different places. Anyway, I am covering the wooden form with strips of silver tissue paper. You can see that it catches the light. I plan to decorate it with bright pink and dark blue markings made of tissue paper, with gold accents to suggest scales.
