Well, I am still coughing and hacking, but against my better judgment, I decided to get this painting started today. This is oil bar on a canvas that is 8 inched by 10 inches. I am working from a photo (posted here yesterday) but am changing the composition a bit. I worked quickly, just establishing where I want to put those big clusters of blossoms. To be continued...
