This is the painting I have been working on, based on a snapshot that I took during a family trip to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. (For original snapshot and photo reference, see posts for October 11 and 12.) Today I reworked the silhouette of the main mountain, and made a lot of other small changes. I actuallly thought this painting was finished, but after I took this photograph, I saw a couple of things I want to fix. But it's almost there. . .
