Here is the latest on my work-in-progress. I am working from a photo that I took back in June of 2018 during a trip back to my home state of Colorado. (My reference photo is posted here October 29.) What is new? I worked on the sky, starting with some pasted tissue paper in blue and then painting into it. The addition of pasted paper is new and learning how to make it work is exciting but a little scary. The paint is acrylic and I am painting on Aquabord, 16 x 20 inches.
