Snowy Path to the Beach

I took this picture today during a walk at Dane Street Beach today, here in Beverly. We had about two inches of snow last night, not too bad, but the wind at the beach made it feel extremely cold, so it was a very short walk. (The dog was disappointed.) But I took a couple of quick pictures because I liked the contrasting colors and textures of the sky, water, snow, and path. Tonight I cropped the original photo to get this composition.
