Summer Rose

A summer rose, from the set of photos that I took in mid-August. I cropped this rose out of the original image and tonight I did a little bit of editing in iPhoto to remove a few distracting marks, mostly in the background. The color in this photo is just as it came out of the camera. Just a simple white rose, but a close look reveals complex colors in the rose petals.
